I cannot speak highly enough of the exceptional work done by Travel Penticton. Your commitment to showcasing our city and its surrounding area is truly remarkable. I’ve rarely seen support and promoting work as you do in other regions or cities that I’ve experienced (in both Europe and Canada). One of the most impressive aspects of your work is your outstanding communication. You are always readily available to address any concerns, answer questions, or collaborate on ideas. This level of accessibility and responsiveness fosters a strong sense of community and partnership. Another great move you do is to promote and use services from local businesses involved in your program. You don’t just ask for fees, you give more than you receive. And that’s something rare and really positive.

Over the past two years, Poplar Grove Winery’s collaboration with Travel Penticton has proven immensely beneficial in executing our marketing initiatives. Their exceptional support has facilitated a stronger connection with the community, enabling us to effectively showcase our winery events and promotions. Working with their team has been a delight – not only are they exceptionally kind, but also highly efficient. Their prompt responses and commitment to our best interests have played a pivotal role in bringing our marketing vision to fruition. We couldn’t recommend them enough and look forward to working with more in the future.

We truly value this membership, especially considering when we first signed up, we didn’t really know what to expect. Being able to connect with and support our community is important to us, and we’ve found ways to do that through Travel Penticton. We are a small, family-run business and need cost-effective ways to advertise within our community and beyond. We have been so happy with the exposure we’ve had, and the opportunities we were given for Superhost training and Rainbow Registered – both are great programs! As a non-profit, Nickel Plate Nordic Centre experiences significant advantages through its membership with Travel Penticton. One notable benefit is the expansion of advertising reach and exposure across the province. By being affiliated with Travel Penticton, Nickel Plate Nordic Centre gains access to a broader audience through collaborative promotional efforts and shared marketing initiatives, neither of which the club would be able to afford on its own. This partnership facilitates increased visibility and awareness, attracting more visitation from across the continent to come and enjoy the offerings at the Nordic Centre. 

We appreciate that Travel Penticton works with the Penticton Beer Blocks to help promote craft beer tourism to Penticton. Every single member of the team at Travel Penticton is wonderful to work with. They support our breweries and collective in promotions, contests, advertising, social media and general support. For many years, they have partnered with us on Penticton Beer Week and our Do Good collaboration, fundraiser beer. The team has been invaluable in helping us leverage our messaging to reach a much bigger audience. We can’t thank the team at Travel Penticton enough for all they do to support our breweries, events, and the craft beer scene in Penticton. With their support, we are helping more and more people to visit Penticton and explore our craft beer scene.

In our industry, cannabis, that is burdened with heavy regulations and restrictions in marketing and advertising it has been a breath of fresh air to work with and be promoted and support by a local agency such as Travel Penticton. They are a wonderful creative team and we have benefited tremendously from their subsidized advertising partnerships with local media outlets. We happily renewed our membership this year!

In the short time that Noble Ridge Vineyard & Winery has been a member of Travel Penticton we have reaped benefits beyond our initial expectations. The team at Travel Penticton has been very welcoming and assisted us in enjoying the opportunities available as members, to assist us in our objective of spreading the word about Noble Ridge. In fact, they have gone above and beyond to present us with opportunities to market our products and experiences.
